BTMK launches new road traffic offences website
Essex-based firm of solicitors BTMK is highlighting its specialist expertise in road traffic law with the launch of a new dedicated website.
The site, which can be found at www.roadtrafficoffences.com, provides visitors with information on the offences – big and small – that thousands of motorists commit on a daily basis as well as the services BTMK can offer in this respect.
Clear and easy to navigate, the site outlines the penalties motorists can expect for offences such as dangerous driving, drink driving, speeding and using a mobile phone while behind the wheel.
There is also a section containing the answers to the most commonly asked questions about road traffic law, covering issues such as driving bans, legal alcohol limits for drivers and the insurance implications of having a road traffic conviction.
Visitors can also view profiles of BTMK’s dedicated road traffic offences team, which is experienced in helping people find the solution to their road traffic law problems.
The new website means visitors can find information about a road traffic law issue affecting them and then contact a member of the team should they need further assistance.
Godfrey Mather, Chief Executive of BTMK, said: “Road traffic law can be complex, particularly if you feel you have exceptional circumstances which could affect the outcome of any legal action.
“While this new website provides information on motoring offences and the penalties you could face, every case is different and it is always best to seek expert advice from our dedicated team as soon as possible.
“With this site, it is now easier for anyone affected by road traffic law issues to take that first step in seeking the help they need. It is always possible that our dedicated team is able to mitigate the offence or have it dropped altogether.”
