BTMK work with county wide property agents on "Olympic Lettings"

BTMK have been retained to act on behalf of many local and London-based property agents to assist with the "Olympics Letting" schemes which are becoming popular as this huge sporting event approaches.

Landlords and property agents must however be very careful to ensure that the short term lettings agreements are in good order to ensure adequate provisions are in place to deal with damage caused to the property, overstayers and to ensure that the occupiers are not being granted more rights over the property than had been intended.

Official hospitality companies and private individuals are offering substantial sums, particularly in areas such as Essex where the transport links to Stratford and to other Olympic sites, such as Hadleigh are frequent and within reasonable travelling distance.
