BTMK invited to present at Employment Seminar on 4th October 2011

BTMK have been invited to present at a regional Employment Law Seminar at the Radisson Park Inn Hotel on 4th October 2011 in Southend-on-Sea, in conjunction with Hays Recruitment.  BTMK, together with a number of leading Employment Law Counsel will be presenting a number of talks on Agency Workers Regulations in relation to which new provisions come into force with effect from 1st October 2011.  Agency workers will be entitled to new employment rights from 1 October 2011 when the new regulations come into force. When on an assignment agency workers will get some of these rights from day one and some after 12 weeks in the same job.
