BTMK Commercial Team instructed on £35m refinance deal

BTMK's commercial team have been instructed to advice on a huge regional refinancing deal worth £35,000,000.

The team have regularly been instructed to advise companies and individuals on refinancing packages but this represents one of the largest funding agreements to date for the firm.

It is likely that the firm's commerial team will be kept well occupied in relation to this particular transaction, which relates to one of the largest companies in the region with over 600 employees and a substantial number of premises to deal with.

The business is a huge player in the regional healthcare market.  Due to confidentialty reasons and the sensitive nature of the transaction, details of the entities involved can't be named just yet but once again, we're very pleased to be instructed to advise on a major transaction of this nature.
