wills
Making a will is vitally important. Without such a document those who you love or who depend on you may not receive anything from your estate or it may be held in trust for them unnecessarily. It may also involve partners or members of the family – or even children – having to make claims to the Court for financial provision, whilst unnecessary Inheritance Act burdens can also be created.
We have a specialist unit dealing with wills, ranging from simply ‘wills for individuals and married couples’ to more complex wills including inheritance tax planning.
We recognise that the issues involved may be especially sensitive and require a careful and sympathetic approach, which we are more than happy to provide. We can arrange visits where that may be the most appropriate course.
