HIPs

From 14th December 2007, HIPs - including EPCs - are required for the sale of all properties.

Until the end of the year, sellers can market their properties as soon as they have commissioned a pack rather than waiting until they have received it.

We can prepare a HIP on your behalf at a fixed cost of £336.55 (inclusive of VAT) with a delivery date of seven working days following the date of instruction.
