Child abuse claims

The devastating emotional, physical and psychological damage caused by child abuse can last a lifetime.

We can help the survivors of abuse – as well as their parents or guardians if the child is still aged under 18 – to seek compensation to help them begin a new chapter in their life, as well as provide the sensitive support and advice they need throughout the duration of the case.

Compensation may be awarded for physical and psychological injuries and for financial losses including lost earnings, medical treatment, therapy, travel expenses and the cost of care.

If someone has already been convicted of child abuse, the abuse will have been proved to have occurred, which is necessary for a claim for compensation to succeed. However, a claim for compensation may be made without the abuse having been investigated by the police.
