Specialist areas

  • Mainstream Litigation and Dispute Resolution for both personal and corporate clients with a particular emphasis in dealing with professional negligence actions against other solicitors and professional advisers.
  • Obtaining and defending injunction proceedings in both the High Court and the County Courts;
  • Regularly instructed to obtain, enforce (and resist) applications for pre-action remedies such as freezing injunctions and search orders;
  • Enforcement of Judgments in Member States of the European Union for Judgments obtained in England and Wales and working in collaboration with US lawyers defending     preference actions brought against UK Companies in US Bankruptcy Courts;
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution and particularly in relation to multi-party mediations. Nitin is particularly proud of his record in achieving settlement in mediation, in what is widely accepted to be a mandatory process in all litigation conducted in England & Wales.
