However thoroughly a new tenant is vetted, from time to time landlords face difficulties with tenants failing to pay rent, creating a nuisance, damaging property, or refusing to move out at the end of the term of their tenancy.
Our experience in this area has led to BTMK successfully tendering to deliver possession advice to defendants on a duty scheme at both Basildon and Southend-on-Sea District Councils.
