BTMK gains Lexcel Mark of Quality
BTMK has been granted the prestigious Lexcel mark of quality.
The Lexcel quality mark is the Law Society's practice management standard, which recognises legal firms with the highest values when it comes to customer care and management.
Achieving the Lexcel quality mark shows BTMK has excellent client service, is cost efficient and can provide a consistently good level of service.
To gain the award BTMK had to undergo an independent assessment, which will be repeated on an annual basis to ensure the rigorous standards continue to be met.
The assessor’s report praised BTMK’s recruitment process and training strategy, its data protection and information management policies and its effective communication with clients.
