The BTMK Family team is able to provide advice and assistance on all aspects of family life. Whatever your particular enquiry is we will have someone who will be able to give clear and helpful advice.

We have a close relationship with the courts, with both Southend and Chelmsford courts located close to our offices. We are also able to provide services to those outside of these areas. Indeed, we have a number of clients who reside abroad but who require advice on English law relating to their personal circumstances.

We have a dedicated team of eight personnel who are each specialists in family law. They are able to fully advise on what options are available to you to suit your own personal circumstances. Wherever appropriate we will undertake the advocacy on your case for you so that you have consistency and continuity of legal representation. Where it is appropriate we will recommend the use of barristers to represent you at court. We have a number of specialist barristers with whom we have a close professional relationship and whom we can recommend to act for you in conjunction with ourselves.
