Funding your advice

We recognise that you need flexible, cost-effective support, so we are happy to tailor our services to meet your needs and budget.

If you need assistance with a specific task, such as drafting an employment contract or advice relating to a retirement dismissal, we can work with you to agree a set fee for this work.

If you prefer to have us on hand on a more permanent basis, so that we are available to advise you on employment queries as and when you need us, you may prefer to spread the cost of fees and pay a monthly retainer.

We can also offer insurance, through a regulated provider, to cover your legal fees and any award of compensation that may be made against you by an employment tribunal.
