funding your advice

BTMK recognises that employers require a cost effective service and flexibility. We therefore like to work with clients to agree budgets and fee limitations.

You may require assistance with a specific task, such as drafting an employment contract or advice in relation to a retirement dismissal. In these circumstances we can work with you to agree a budget so that you can achieve your objective.

You may consider that you would like our assistance on a more permanent basis, so that we are available to advise you on all your employment queries as and when you need us. In these circumstances you may prefer to spread the cost of fees and pay a monthly retainer.

We can also offer insurance (through a regulated provider) to cover your legal fees and any award of compensation that may be made against you by an Employment Tribunal.
