Fiona trained with the firm and qualified as an assistant solicitor in 2002. Fiona became an associate member in April 2007.

Fiona is the head of Employment Department and specialises in both contentious and non-contentious employment work. Whilst Fiona mainly assists commercial clients she also deals with individuals, primarily in discrimination and unfair dismissal claims and also advising directors and senior professionals on all aspects of their employment.

Fiona has experience of acting on behalf of a variety of businesses, including barristers' chambers, solicitors' firms, stockbrokers, accountants, schools, doctors' surgeries, retailers, wholesalers, large cleaning companies and charities. Fiona provides a full service to commercial clients either in place of or in conjunction with internal human resources officers. Fiona is a regular speaker at seminars hosted by BTMK for clients and other professionals on a variety of employment-related topics.
