Prior to pursuing a claim for discrimination it is normally necessary for the employee to raise a grievance in writing with the employer.

Once the written grievance has been submitted the employee must wait 28 days before commencing proceedings in the Employment Tribunal.

If you think that you have been the victim of discrimination please contact a member of our team for assistance in drafting an appropriately worded grievance letter, and general advice regarding discrimination claims.
