The rapid growth of e-commerce has led to an increase in “e-crime” and to new types of cyber-crime emerging, including virus distribution and computer misuse.
At the same time, developments in IT have also revolutionised more traditional types of crime, including deception, fraud and possession of indecent images.
We are experienced in hi-tech crime referred to the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA), including expertise in defending cases involving:
