Southend-on-Sea

Our experienced criminal team at Southend is based in County Chambers, close to the Magistrates’ Court and police station. Our team consists of three partners and a senior Consultant, all of whom have Higher Court Rights of Advocacy, allowing us to appear both in the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts on a regular basis.

Our partners Michael Warren, Richard Cooper and Lee Wilcockson, as well as consultant Patrick Musters, are assisted by experienced solicitors Roger Neild and Gavin Burrell, and we are able to cover all courts and police stations within the south of the county and beyond. In addition, we regularly appear in courts across London and the South East as well as further afield if required.

BTMK Crime in Southend is able to offer a full service to our clients in all criminal matters, from road traffic and Youth Court up to the most serious offences in the Crown Court, as well as a full range of regulatory, agency and other work.
